I suppose a band called Electric Youth would put a faster tempo to anything .. i just am not used to hearing this song like this … but hey its good to know that the younger generation like the music .. and that its had an impact on them even if this ole lady s not quite sure about it hehehe :) .
xxx
ahh now that I’ve looked closer .. actually i m quite impressed .. i see from their Myspace page this group is in Canada .. now that IS COOL to know :) Ok note to self … next time i do that before I leave a comment .. not so old that Alzheimers have set in quite yet ;) !!!
Oh my God! It’s really really terrible.
Well, you can’t beat the original version, which is classic Level 42 and one of my fav tracks off World Machine. But I have to say that Electric Youth’s cover has a really good dance groove, even if it’s fast. And all the elements of the original are there too.
Different. ….and they are Canadian!
eh!

yep they re really nice .. i commented to them on myspace and they said they really love Level 42s music .. so for them it’s very much a tribute :D !!
