Thank you all.

Dear friends,

Thank you all so much for your kind words and thoughts over the past couple of weeks, they meant a lot to us at a tough time.

We gave Dad a great send off last week and we’ll not forget him, but now it is time to move on and plan ahead, so let’s go!

Love to all,

Mark x

Life sometimes can be a true pain in the ….
Unfortunately, that’s the way life is.

“it is time to move on and plan ahead, so let’s go!”

    Impressive, but so natural.
    Respect!

    Take care.

Since Mark has made this touching reply, i now feel brave enough to take the liberty of making a comment here. I see Mark as a resilient, extremely hard working, mentally tough person and that could only come from who raised him. His father got to see Mark’s success and through his support for his son’s musical interests at a very young age he helped bring Mark’s virtuoso talents to fruition. It can be truly beautiful and positive to respect the natural cycle of life, and by asking us to move on with him he is living a fitting tribute to his dad.

    love to all

Level 42 have made an indelible imprint on my life, as they have with millions around world who have come to know and love them. I cant describe it as well as i would like to be able to, but there is something special about the relationship between this precious gem of a band and its fans.
In some way we are a very big family, and to a lesser degree we do feel your sorrow at this sad time. It may be cloudy, but the sun will shine again. To the King family, i offer my sincerest best wishes. I hope to be at every uk gig next year, i will raise a glass and give a cheer to Mr King. Look out for me i will be the one shouting yeayyyy.
