I’d have loved to have been at that gig, as it looked so full of life right from the start. In the UK, it takes them a few songs to get ‘warmed up’ which in my opinion, is such a waste of precious gig time. We don’t see them that often, so we should make the most of every minute they are on stage! ;)
Nathan especially, looked like he was having the time of his life there. Wonderful to see!
oops…I re-read that and it looked like I meant the band take a few songs to get ‘warmed up’…I actually meant the audience. :)
We will be well warmed up before they hit the stage in 2010 and we will be up dancin from word go…..!!!
You’re so right there Julie!
Over the years, I have been shouted at, pushed, thumped and all number of horrendous things, just for getting up to dance before the others at a L42 gig. But it won’t stop me doing it again this year. Just TRY an stop me! Hehehhe! xx
And if the rest want to sit on their backsides until the last few songs…let ‘em…they will be missing so much fun!
