Gary Husband – Dirty & Beautiful recording sessions

New photo updates on the Dirty & Beautiful recording sessions at www.garyhusband.com featuring Mark King sessions and John McLaughlin sessions respectively.

Mark and Gary Husband wrote Alverstone Jam for Volume 1, based on a great funk duet between them. Mark plays wonderfully on the track Sulley (intended for the Volume 2 release, Spring 2011.) along with John McLaughlin and Gary Husband.

Mark and John Mclaughlin playing on the same track ?!! Mark must have been very excited with the idea of recording with his favourite jazz guitarist.
I can’t wait to hear what it sounds like !

    Nice to see:

    1) that Mark has a 5-string bass in his studio (does this mean L42 might play “If You’ll Be Mine” on tour?!? ;-)

    and

    2) that Mark’s studio (with pencils left on keyboards etc) is as messy as mine :-D

Looks like Mark’s rebelling against all the years he was primped and preened as he’s been sporting the “get out of bed and go-look” in recent months. Doing his part to conserve water perhaps? ;o)

Seriously though, I look forward to hearing the forthcoming tunes!
