Amazing night , it was like a ‘Drive Thru’ of my life musically – Saw you guys first time in August 1981 at The Venue in Victoria !!

I wish you’d stayed on all night – Almost There and 43 were on another level ; )

will try and catch you guys down at the Indigo 2 ; )

Keep up the good work – I’m Flying .. on the Wings of Love ; ))

That was of course a deliberate and carefully composed frame on my part, Mark.
(You want to see some of the ones I chose not to send you)

Have a great day off Tuesday…Bristol awaits you!

The gig was absolutely fantastic and i couldn’t have been better placed to see and hear it all (very front right in the middle) and get the gaffer tape from you Mark. Long may you continue to gig and Im already looking forward to 2012. Very best wishes to you all and thanks for a won derful night.

M-A-R-V-E-L-L-O-U-S! In over 20 years I have never seen The Arena so packed – and with such an appreciative audience. I’ve seen you countless times since 1981 and last night was probably the best I’ve ever seen you play – all held together by the fantastic drumming of Pete Ray Biggins – superb!

That was the nuts, better than any of the gigs at Wembly. Im so glad that Mike is back it never sounds the same without him, but…
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get the JayDee out, the old tunes just don’t sound the same on the new clinical basses,I know your’e getting on a bit and the JD is heavy but It will make the original sound complete. I noticed Mike had all his old kit,so go and dig out some of youre’s.
It will make alot of us old bass playing fans very happy.
Loved last night love you guys.
    P.S Your’e drummer is fantastic.

Love the bands they’re getting at the Arena. I saw Kid Creole there, and Human League twice, but you blew them away.
Great musicians, the songs stand up as well as ever and you seemed to enjoy it as much as we did.
Not seen you since 1986, but I’ll be there in 2012!

I’ve been counting the months since I got the tickets for Bristol. I will bringing my son. I know it is a bit sad but I will be wearing the leather jacket that I wore the first time that you visited the Colston Hall in the early eighties which still has my tickets stubs in the pocket. It tells me it was 6th November but not the year. Can anyone enlighten me?

The word “fantastic” doesn’t seem a big enough word to sum up this gig – I found myself front & centre – great place to take a few piccies http://www.last.fm/event/1323273+Level+42+at+Alban+Arena+on+11+October+2010/images

Have never seen you looking happier on stage Mark – really felt like you were able to pick up and feed off the energy. The new interpretations of the classics mixed with the occasional lyric change means they always come across fresh! Loved every single minute of it – thank for the past 30 years – here’s to the next 30 years! :o)

Mustn’t forget – how good is Pete on drums? Nor should we forget to say thanks to The Deep MO – how funky are they?
