The ride continues! So glad you’re enjoying it so much. You deserve the appreciation. The LFT songs were and are a great vehicle to share the joy of great music! Lovely for everyone on both sides of the stage! Fab your Mum was there. Sincerely… MW x (-:-:)——-> (that’s a bass!)

I think thats the best gig I’ve seen and I have been with you from the start! My highlight was ’43.’ Agree with other comments re the drummer…deffo on a par with Gary Husband… ’nuff said! Thanks for a brilliant night Mark. Look forward to seeing you again.

    Cheers, Paul

Thanks for yet another storming evening. The Pompey nights are always awesome.

Sat up in the circle right where I was back in around ’81/82. Just as funky as ever. Unbelievable musicianship. Great to hear 43 and Starchild.

Enjoy the rest of the tour. Looking forward to the next time already.

    Hi Guys,
    Crikey! What a show!
Saw you at Henley Rewind but that was just a warm up for last night in Pompey …
    “43″ was utterly AWESOME
Looking forward to 2012 but hope to see you sooner. How about another show at Ryde Town Hall? That was another special evening!

It’s bittersweet hearing how phenomenal the Pompey concert was. When the 2010 tour was first announced, I bought tickets to the Glagsgow and Portsmouth gigs thinking I could tie in a sight-seeing trip to the UK around those dates. When the US dates were announced, I then decided to stay “closer” to home (Alberta, Canada) and see them in Vegas. Pompey was what I was looking forward to the most though, knowing it was the equivalent of Mark’s home venue.

Wow, what an honour it would have been to applaud Mrs. King (Mummy) and thank her for the two wonderfully talented boys she nutured and how grateful we are for them to share their talents with the world. Look forward to checking out YouTube for video from the show! xoxo

    Hi Guys,

I knew there was a reason for enjoying the music you have produced over the last 30 years. Last night in Pompey was terrific and the fans were tremendous. I have been playing the vinyl all day today (alright I have CDs as well) but to dig those record covers out again was brilliant. Had a blast on my sax as well.

    Thank you

    Andy

I totally agree with ‘Alberta Rose’ on this one …. this lady in Alberta slightly southwest of her feels the same way .. its why i went to LA instead of the UK too this year … I m so glad your Mum showed up Mark … I hope she is well .. Cherish her for as long as you have her … i lost mine last year to cancer Bless her heart … xx
