Behind the Scenes at The Prince’s Trust Rock Gala

On Nov 23rd, 2011 The Prince’s Trust held its 10th Rock Gala bash at London’s Royal Albert Hall. The music extravaganza raised vital funds for the youth charity’s work with disadvantaged young people. PureSolo Co-Founder and renowned trumpeter, John Thirkell, was playing at the event and got some behind the scenes footage of the sound check. Among this years performers were Pete Townshend, Kenney Jones, Joss Stone, Julian Lennon, Cerys Matthews, Boy George, Level 42′s Mark King, Midge Ure, Alison Moyet, The Feeling, YolanDa Brown and the wonderful musical comic Tim Minchin.

The ‘Sweet Minger’ TonePrint for the Vortex Flanger produces a sweeping flange sound with a twist of chorus that sweetens up the overall tone. It is aimed to be a subtle tone that does not overpower the end result of what is being played.
